6. Board Visibility

You can set the visibility of your boards to Public, Unlisted, or Private. You understand that:

• Public boards are visible to all users and appear on your profile
• Unlisted boards are accessible via direct link but not listed publicly
• Private boards are only accessible to you

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

8. AI-Generated Content

InspoSpot supports both human-created and AI-generated content. When uploading content, you must accurately indicate whether content is human-created, AI-assisted, or AI-generated.

9. Usage Limits

To ensure fair use and service quality, we may impose limits on:

• Number of uploads per user
• Number of boards per user
• File sizes and storage
• API requests and rate limits

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate other users or entities
